About the position

Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Hire food service staff
Ensure food service and quality control
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Must have knowledge of the establishment’s Vietnamese culinary
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Be able to supervise between 3-4 people

Requirements

College, CEGEP or other non university or diploma from a program of 1-2 years in the filed of hospitality administration/management, business administration and management, or general studies or equivalent experience
7 months to less than 1 year of related experience
Be able to work evenings and weekends
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Be client focused, has efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexible and team player
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work will involve combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
